That has shaped the way I work. Real estate here isn't just about a property. People often need to understand the community, local services, trades, infrastructure and how things work in a smaller rural area. They need to know who to call, where to find reliable information and sometimes simply where to start. I believe part of my job is making those connections and giving my clients enough information to understand their choices and make their own decisions with confidence.
I also believe a good REALTOR® and client relationship is a partnership. It requires honesty, communication and trust on both sides. I will give you my knowledge, experience and opinion, including when I think something needs to be looked at more carefully. In return, I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions, telling me what matters to them and being part of the process.
Living in small communities has taught me that relationships are built over time. They come from showing up, being straightforward and genuinely caring about what happens to people.
Whether someone is moving toward something they've dreamed about or working through circumstances they never expected, my role is the same: to help them understand the real estate, make informed decisions and move forward into whatever comes next.
